Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar (230 Km)
Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Hotel, where our representative will greet you. Proceed for a comfortable drive to Haridwar.

On arrival, check into the hotel. Haridwar, known as the Gateway to God, is situated at the foothills of the Shivalik ranges and on the banks of the holy River Ganga. It is believed that King Bhagirath performed penance here to bring the Ganga to earth for the salvation of his ancestors.

Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar – Guptkashi / Ukhimath (190 Km)
After breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi. En route, enjoy scenic views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara.

Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Proceed for Kedarnath pre-registration. As per mythology, Lord Shiva hid here from the Pandavas.

Dinner and overnight stay at Guptkashi / Ukhimath.

Day 3: Guptkashi – Kedarnath
Early morning, transfer to Phata / Sirsi / Guptkashi Helipad. Board helicopter (optional, extra cost) or proceed via trek route.

Visit Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, located amidst the majestic Himalayan ranges.

After darshan, return to Guptkashi. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Kedarnath – Guptkashi
After breakfast, return from Kedarnath to Guptkashi via trek or helicopter.

Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Guptkashi – Badrinath (165 Km)
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Enjoy scenic Himalayan views throughout the journey.

On arrival, check into the hotel. Visit Badrinath Temple and attend evening Aarti. Take a holy dip in Tapt Kund before darshan.

Dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath – Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (291 Km)
Early morning, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan. Visit Brahma Kapal for ancestral rituals.

Later, visit Mana Village (if time permits). Drive to Rishikesh via Rudraprayag.

On arrival, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Rishikesh – Haridwar / Delhi Drop
After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

Proceed to Haridwar / Delhi for drop at Railway Station / Airport. Tour ends with divine blessings and beautiful memories.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy :

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User, the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

45 days or more prior to departure: Booking fees
Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 25% of Tour Cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure: 50% of Tour Cost
Between 14 and 8 days of departure: 75% of Tour Cost
Within 7 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of Tour Cost

Refund Policy :

Any package payment due towards Celebrate Vacation will be refunded within 45 working days in the same bank account through which the payment was received.

How to Cancel the Booking :

You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions mentioned in your confirmation voucher.
Cancellation policy will be valid only as per your confirmation voucher. Refunds will also be processed accordingly.
If the booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation policy may vary case to case basis. No compensation will be provided by Celebrate Vacation if you cancel the booking.

Legal Issues :

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Nainital High Court only.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be cleared before the departure date.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel cost, taxes, or government regulations.

2. Helicopter Operations

Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, technical issues, and government permissions.
Flight timings may change or be delayed depending on weather and operational conditions.
Passengers may be required to wait at helipads due to operational delays.
In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be provided (subject to availability).

3. Passenger Weight & Luggage Policy

Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger is allowed.
Only soft bags are permitted; hard luggage is not allowed.
Total passenger weight is subject to helicopter capacity (approx. 480 kg per group of 6 passengers).
Extra weight charges may apply if passenger weight exceeds declared limits.

4. Accommodation

Hotels will be provided on a double/triple sharing basis.
Standard check-in and check-out timings will be applicable.
Hotel selection is subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided.
Any additional services (heater, room service, etc.) are chargeable directly at the hotel.

5. Meals

Meals will be provided as per the itinerary.
Meals are usually vegetarian due to religious locations.
No refund will be provided for skipped meals.

6. VIP Darshan

VIP Darshan is subject to temple authority rules and government regulations.
Darshan timing may vary depending on crowd and local conditions.
No guarantee of fixed darshan time.

7. Transportation

All ground transfers will be provided on a sharing basis as per itinerary.
Vehicle type will depend on group size and availability.
Delays due to traffic or road conditions are not the responsibility of the company.

8. Health & Safety

Passengers with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
Senior citizens and pregnant women are advised to travel with caution.
Carry personal medicines and valid ID proof.

9. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policy will be applicable as per the policy mentioned in the package.
No refund will be given for no-show or unused services.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures.

10. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

The company is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay during the tour.
