We are NOT the official government booking portal, nor are we an authorized helicopter operator. We provide comprehensive luxury tour packages that include logistics, hospitality, and spiritual assistance.
Helicopter Services: We do not sell standalone helicopter tickets. Any aerial transport included in our luxury packages is subject to availability and is procured through authorized aviation companies as per UCADA/IRCTC HeliYatra guidelines.
Yatra Registration: As per 2026 government mandates, Biometric Yatra Registration on the Uttarakhand Tourist Care portal is compulsory for all pilgrims. While we provide assistance and guidance, obtaining the official QR code remains the final responsibility of the traveler.
Pricing: Package prices listed on this website are for comprehensive services and are inclusive of GST. Standalone ticket prices for shuttle services (Phata/Sirsi/Guptkashi) are fixed by the government and can be viewed on the official heliyatra.irctc.co.in portal.

- Information Accuracy
All packages, details, and pricing displayed on our website are shared to the best of our knowledge and based on available inputs at the time of listing. Despite our best efforts, there may be occasional inaccuracies or changes. We strongly recommend that users verify key details (such as package inclusions, hotel amenities, travel guidelines, and dates) before making any decisions or bookings. - Hotel Coordination
Hotels listed on our platform are mentioned based on verbal consent or prior working relationships. We do not hold fixed allocations with hotels. When a customer submits a query, we reach out to the respective hotel to confirm availability and pricing. Bookings are processed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel. - Hotel Overbooking or Denial
In rare circumstances such as hotel overbooking or refusal of check-in by the hotel, Celebrate Vacation will not be held liable. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:- Reallocate you to a similar category hotel, subject to availability,
- Or compensate you up to the maximum amount paid for that specific hotel or service booked with us.
- Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal disputes, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
