Cancellation & Refund Policy - Celebrate Vacation

Cancellation Policy :

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Time period in which the cancellation is made Charges
1. 45 days or more, prior to departure Booking fees
2. Between 44 and 31 days of departure 25% of Tour Cost
3. Between 30 and 15 days of departure 50% of Tour Cost
4. Between 14 and 8 days of departure 75% of Tour Cost
Within 7days prior to date of departure, or no-show for any reason what-so-ever 100% of Tour Cost

Note : Cancellation policy may vary case to case basis. Kindly check your confirmation voucher for more details.

Refund Policy :

1. Any package Payment due towards Celebrate Vacation will be refunded in 45 working days in the same bank account through which Celebrate Vacation has received the payment.

How to Cancel the Booking :

1. You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions mentioned on your confirmation voucher which may vary from the above terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation policy will be valid as per the terms and conditions mentioned in your confirmation voucher only. Refunds will be processed according to the terms and conditions mentioned in your confirmation voucher only. If the booking is non refundable then no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation policy may vary case to case basis. No compensation will be provided by Celebrate Vacation if you cancel the booking.

Legal Issues :

1. In case of any dispute the court of Jurisdiction will be Nainital high court only.
