Itinerary

Day 1: (Arrival at Dehradun)
Arrival of Guest at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station and Transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Stay at our Pre-booked Hotel. Room on Double Sharing Basis Meal Plan - Room with Breakfast & Dinner Evening meeting with our team for safety instructions, weight measurement and next day flying time and itinerary.

Day 2: (Dehradun to Yamnotri) (Flying time 30-40 Mins - Kharsali Helipad)
Today our cab will pick you up from hotel and transfer to Sahastradhara Helipad. Report at Helipad by 07.00 Am. Legal formalities will be done at helipad only. Board the helicopter and Fly to Harshil. Reach at helipad and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Get fresh N up and enjoy your breakfast. Get ready for 6 km trek to the Yamunotri temple. You may choose to go by a Palki or Pony ride for a comfortable journey to the temple. (Cost included in package). Lunch will be provided during the travel as per situation. Enjoy your darshan and return to the hotel by evening. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel and have rest. Meal Plan - Room with Breakfast Lunch & Dinner

Day 3: (Yamnotri to Gangotri) (Flying time 30-40 Mins - Harshil Helipad)
Today post breakfast board the helicopter and transfer to Harshil Helipad. Our cab will pick you up from the helicopter and transfer to Yamnotri temple - 20 km from the helipad. Enjoy the darshan at the temple and return to the hotel. Lunch will be provided during the travel as per situation. Evening stay at the hotel. Meal Plan - Room with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Our Helicopter can carry maximum 06 persons and 480 KG passenger weight maximum. 05 Kg per person maximum luggage weight is allowed Breakfast, Lunch Dinner is already included into the package

Day 4:(Harshil to Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham Helipad)(Flying time 30-40 Mins Guptkashi Helipad)
Today post Breakfast board the helicopter and transfer to Guptkashi /Phata / Sirsi helipad. There we need to change the helicopter and transfer to Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham. It may take 30 mins to 04 hrs to change the helicopter. Board the helicopter and reach at Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham. Enjoy Darshan at Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham. Post that board the helicopter and reach at Guptkashi / Sirsi/ Phata helipad. Our cab will pick you up from the helipad and transfer to you at prebooked hotel. Enjoy you dinner at the hotel and have rest.

Day 5: (Guptkashi to Shri Badrinath Ji Dham)(Flying time 30-40 Mins Badrinath Helipad)
Today post breakfast our cab will pick you up and transfer to Guptkashi helipad. Board the helicopter and transfer to Shri Badrinath Ji Dham. Reach at Shri Badrianth Ji Dham helipad our cab will pick you up from the helipad and transfer to the temple. Enjoy darshan at Shri Badrinath Ji Dham. Post that transfer to the hotel. Check Into your pre-booked hotel and have rest. Meal Plan : Breakfast, Lunch Dinner is already included into the package

Day 6:(Shri Badrinath Ji Dham to Dehradun)(Flying time 30-40 Mins)
Today post breakfast, Check out from the hotel and transfer to Shri Badrinath Helipad. Board the helicopter and transfer to Dehradun. Reach at Dehradun airport and our cab will drop you to the Dehradun airport or railway station. Tour ends with happy memories.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy :

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User, the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 45 days or more prior to departure: Booking fees
  • Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 25% of Tour Cost
  • Between 30 and 15 days of departure: 50% of Tour Cost
  • Between 14 and 8 days of departure: 75% of Tour Cost
  • Within 7 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of Tour Cost

Refund Policy :

  • Any package payment due towards Celebrate Vacation will be refunded within 45 working days in the same bank account through which the payment was received.

How to Cancel the Booking :

  • You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions mentioned in your confirmation voucher.
  • Cancellation policy will be valid only as per your confirmation voucher. Refunds will also be processed accordingly.
  • If the booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation policy may vary case to case basis. No compensation will be provided by Celebrate Vacation if you cancel the booking.

Legal Issues :

  • In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Nainital High Court only.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be cleared before the departure date.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel cost, taxes, or government regulations.

2. Helicopter Operations

  • Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, technical issues, and government permissions.
  • Flight timings may change or be delayed depending on weather and operational conditions.
  • Passengers may be required to wait at helipads due to operational delays.
  • In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be provided (subject to availability).

3. Passenger Weight & Luggage Policy

  • Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger is allowed.
  • Only soft bags are permitted; hard luggage is not allowed.
  • Total passenger weight is subject to helicopter capacity (approx. 480 kg per group of 6 passengers).
  • Extra weight charges may apply if passenger weight exceeds declared limits.

4. Accommodation

  • Hotels will be provided on a double/triple sharing basis.
  • Standard check-in and check-out timings will be applicable.
  • Hotel selection is subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided.
  • Any additional services (heater, room service, etc.) are chargeable directly at the hotel.

5. Meals

  • Meals will be provided as per the itinerary.
  • Meals are usually vegetarian due to religious locations.
  • No refund will be provided for skipped meals.

6. VIP Darshan

  • VIP Darshan is subject to temple authority rules and government regulations.
  • Darshan timing may vary depending on crowd and local conditions.
  • No guarantee of fixed darshan time.

7. Transportation

  • All ground transfers will be provided on a sharing basis as per itinerary.
  • Vehicle type will depend on group size and availability.
  • Delays due to traffic or road conditions are not the responsibility of the company.

8. Health & Safety

  • Passengers with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
  • Senior citizens and pregnant women are advised to travel with caution.
  • Carry personal medicines and valid ID proof.

9. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation and refund policy will be applicable as per the policy mentioned in the package.
  • No refund will be given for no-show or unused services.
