Do Dham Helicopter Tour (Same Day Return)

Early Morning Departure from Dehradun
Start your day early at 06:30 AM. Our cab will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Sahastradhara Helipad. Board the helicopter and fly towards Guptkashi / Phata / Sirsi Helipad.

Kedarnath Ji Darshan
After landing, change helicopter and proceed to Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham. The waiting time for helicopter change may vary between 30 minutes to 4 hours. Upon arrival, enjoy VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, return to Guptkashi / Sirsi / Phata helipad.

Badrinath Ji Darshan
Board the helicopter and fly to Shri Badrinath Ji Dham. On arrival, our team will transfer you to the temple for VIP Darshan. After darshan, return to the helipad.

Return to Dehradun
Board the helicopter and fly back to Dehradun Sahastradhara Helipad. Upon arrival, our cab will drop you at the airport or railway station. Tour ends with divine blessings and happy memories.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy :

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User, the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 45 days or more prior to departure: Booking fees
  • Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 25% of Tour Cost
  • Between 30 and 15 days of departure: 50% of Tour Cost
  • Between 14 and 8 days of departure: 75% of Tour Cost
  • Within 7 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of Tour Cost

Refund Policy :

  • Any package payment due towards Celebrate Vacation will be refunded within 45 working days in the same bank account through which the payment was received.

How to Cancel the Booking :

  • You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions mentioned in your confirmation voucher.
  • Cancellation policy will be valid only as per your confirmation voucher. Refunds will also be processed accordingly.
  • If the booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation policy may vary case to case basis. No compensation will be provided by Celebrate Vacation if you cancel the booking.

Legal Issues :

  • In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Nainital High Court only.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be cleared before the departure date.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel cost, taxes, or government regulations.

2. Helicopter Operations

  • Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, technical issues, and government permissions.
  • Flight timings may change or be delayed depending on weather and operational conditions.
  • Passengers may be required to wait at helipads due to operational delays.
  • In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be provided (subject to availability).

3. Passenger Weight & Luggage Policy

  • Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger is allowed.
  • Only soft bags are permitted; hard luggage is not allowed.
  • Total passenger weight is subject to helicopter capacity (approx. 480 kg per group of 6 passengers).
  • Extra weight charges may apply if passenger weight exceeds declared limits.

4. Accommodation

  • Hotels will be provided on a double/triple sharing basis.
  • Standard check-in and check-out timings will be applicable.
  • Hotel selection is subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided.
  • Any additional services (heater, room service, etc.) are chargeable directly at the hotel.

5. Meals

  • Meals will be provided as per the itinerary.
  • Meals are usually vegetarian due to religious locations.
  • No refund will be provided for skipped meals.

6. VIP Darshan

  • VIP Darshan is subject to temple authority rules and government regulations.
  • Darshan timing may vary depending on crowd and local conditions.
  • No guarantee of fixed darshan time.

7. Transportation

  • All ground transfers will be provided on a sharing basis as per itinerary.
  • Vehicle type will depend on group size and availability.
  • Delays due to traffic or road conditions are not the responsibility of the company.

8. Health & Safety

  • Passengers with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
  • Senior citizens and pregnant women are advised to travel with caution.
  • Carry personal medicines and valid ID proof.

9. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation and refund policy will be applicable as per the policy mentioned in the package.
  • No refund will be given for no-show or unused services.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures.

10. Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
